Anyone still here?

Between the holidays and the remodeling, My time I spent on the computer was very minimal. It is a bad excuse, but that is all I've got.

The bathroom finished.

Egg drop french onion soup

Okay, we couldn't make up our minds witch we wanted so I did this for lunch.

4 cups beef broth
1 onion slice very thin
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg, beaten

Cook the onions in the butter, over low heat, til they are browned. Add the broth and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. While stirring add the egg.

We have a date.

They are planning to start everything on Oct. 25. Auntie set up the boarding for the cats at the vet's office. Last I check Ayden will be coming with us to the room.

Columbus Zoo and Ren feast

I do apologize for how late this post is. Last Wednesday Fey took Auntie, Fluffy and me to the Columbus Zoo. On Sunday, Fey, Cko, and I went to the Renaissance Festival. The day in the middle of the two I was working.

This was part of the decor in a section of the zoo.

People can pay to feed the Lorikeets. Fey got the most on her. I didn't feel like feeding them.

She(I think) was trying to come over to see the people. Now I know what Nintendo was basing Lanky off of.

Just some random sign work on the wall. I thought it was funny.

He did the announcing for the jousting. The horses where all rescued from being killed.

The construction guy still hasn't called us with a date.

I started in the living room with the cleaning.

Here are the two deliveries we got today. It is less that a month till the remodeling. The last photo is of what I think is a 7 foot cabinet. We are going to have to figure out how to get to the freezer, I call it send Fey.

After work Friday I leave to head to my parent's house for the weekend. The roommates fend for them selves.

OK, I decided to splurge a little today.That is if you count $4 as a splurge. There is 2 oven mitts and 4 pot holders. They made me very happy today.
